I am looking for material on how to talk with parents who were involved in encouraging their daughter to have an abortion, and who also happen to be in my extended family.

That’s definitely a tough situation. The answer depends on whether your family members know Jesus, and whether they regret encouraging their daughter to have an abortion, or have no awareness that doing so was wrong and cost the life of their grandchild. It seems that the different aspects of the situation might inform your prayers and any words to them. This is certainly a situation where you will want to ask for and rely on God’s wisdom for what to say and not to say (James 1:5).
Randy’s article “Can God Forgive Abortions?” starts out by addressing not only those who’ve had abortions but those who encouraged or helped someone to get one.

Here is an article about a family’s involvement in abortion. The ending paragraph says: “Abortion is a tragic mistake for all involved—the consequences on family relationships can be far-reaching and quite destructive. Yet there is no evil beyond God’s capacity to heal, forgive, and rebuild.”
