What Do the Best Coaches Have in Common and Do Well?

In this clip from the Building Excellence podcast with Bailey Miles, Randy uses Andrew Pate, the tennis coach at Sam Barlow High School, as an example of what a good coach should be. He highlights that a good coach doesn’t hesitate to say what a player is doing wrong, but always commends them for what they’re doing well, and never raises their voice in anger.
