In this clip from an interview with Sharon Epps at Kingdom Advisors, Randy Alcorn shares how the Lord worked in His life to teach him the joy of generosity. 

Randy had a Zoom conversation with Steve Campbell of the C3 Church. They talked about giving, rewards, and Randy’s book The Treasure Principle.

Our ministry is often contacted by those who are grieving, looking for guidance after a loved one’s death. One reader shared that a family member had given her a modified version of the poem “Immortality.” Unfortunately, the poem dismisses not only the full reality of death, but also the God-given human emotions associated with it. 

“In all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose” (Romans 8:28). Faith is like a forward memory, allowing us to believe as if what is promised has already happened. One day we will see how Romans 8:28 was true all along.

Randy spoke to students at Sattler College in Boston. Drawing from Scripture, he paints a picture of the New Heavens and New Earth. Randy explains that the present Heaven is temporary, pointing to the ultimate reality of resurrected life on a renewed earth. He challenges common assumptions about Heaven and shows how the future Heaven is far more physical, joyful, and culture-rich than many believers imagine.

Randy preached at his home church, Good Shepherd, as part of a series on The Spirit of Generosity. He talked about the happiness that can be found in being a generous giver.
