This is an argument I’ve heard a number of times throughout the years: “Babies will go to heaven anyway, so abortion isn’t so bad—in fact, it’s actually in the child’s ultimate best interests.” 

Only the elect can be saved; and, no one who is elect ever reaches death not having responded to God’s gift of salvation.

As long as people know that fiction is fiction, we shouldn’t apologize for using our God-given imaginations to create worlds for characters to inhabit, and for readers to enjoy and learn from.

I would dull the minds of Christians, and make them believe that prayer is not important, and that faithfulness and obedience are optional.

You are made for a person and a place. Jesus is the person. Heaven is the place.
